I dont even know what they are billing me about

I cannot figure out what is going on. I never bought anything from these people and cannot figure out where the charges come from.

Great experience with resolving issue

Company was prompt in replying to my inquiry and resolving the issue. Thank you for the attention to the matter and also to BCA for mediating and for providing clear and timely information.
