My issue is my internet provider which was speed connect is now VUME wireless. I have been without internet for a week now but there is nobody to reach out to. They never return my messages and voicemails. No real person to speak with. They have no problem taking my payment. I'm very upset. What is this world coming to. I just want a refund for the time it's down. There is nobody to ask when it will be back up and running. I'm paying for something I can't use. Resolution Sought Get a real person to speak to and inform your customers how long our internet is going to be down. Also refund for the time it's down

They keep charging me monthly and I haven't been able in access the internet in weeks. Before that it was spotty at best. No one answers their 800# and closed office in Frankenmuth. Resolution Sought Would like to see them held accountable and refund given to everyone who has been victimized.
