Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Advertise their packs of Marlboro black cigarettes for $8.86 per pack when you buy 2 packs and use the stores loyalty program. Buy 2 packs and use the speedy rewards card and it comes to $18.99. Which is more than advertised. This store constantly does this with their cigarette prices. Even after telling them numerous times they still don't fix it and it becomes this long process just to get the price they advertise,which makes me not even bother for the dollar or so I shouldn't have to pay most of the time. Resolution Sought Show accurate prices. Have the price reflect the advertisements they have posted all over the store.
