I had prepaid for gas, cigarettes, and drinks. Claimed my card declined due to insufficient funds, I ran my card again after checking my bank and it was declined again. I open my account right in front of the manager as well as sales clerk and notice not only did their machine charge my card the wrong amount (2 over), but also went through with another transaction for 10. My total was 48 and some change and they charged me almost 60 bucks. After explaining to them what happened and showing them what their machine did, they refused to return my money or give me my products. I called their hotline and the lady said it will post to my account in a couple of days. No, it hasn't. It has been two weeks. The only thing that has happened is them taking away the 10 dollar charge, and instead rounding the charge to 49 and change instead, still above the total for the products I was attempting to pay for. I have emailed them multiple times and have received nothing, not even an I'm sorry. Resolution Sought It's really simple, I want my money back. I did not receive any products or services, instead of being ignored by this company.
