First I've been trying to establish credit so I took out a300 dollar loan and began to repay it on my payday. Then I was asked to get a loan for 3,500 and I began to have two loans and I would pay the 300 reborrow and pay on the 3500. They told me I could refinance and I did so and during the transaction I was paying on my loan and because I wasn't paying attention the lady made it to look like I reborrowed and never gave me the money so when I came to reborrow she said I already did and showed me the contract that I signed witch I thought I was signing the refinance loan and because she processed both at the same time insteD of one by one I had to pay for the loan. Next I went to pay on the 3500 loan and they told me that the computers were down and come back tomorrow and when tomorrow came they told me that I was late and had sent it to collections this has messed up my credit and set me backwards Plus it's not good business when I didn't even get a call or notice before they made a hasty move. I have not been late of filed to honor my end of the contract. Can you help me with this fiasco. Resolution Sought I want my 300 dollars back, for the people to be better trained for customer satisfaction, my loan out of collections and back in good standing.
