Customer Complaint

I had cleaning for my upholstery scheduled last week. The first scheduled date, no one showed up. The second date, the same thing. I was annoyed and was going to cancel but they offered 15 minutes free so I said ok to come now for the 3rd time, today. The cleaning person showed up WITHOUT THE UPHOLSTERY CLEANING VACUUM! She thought she was coming for a regular cleaning. I called them because she spoke no English and was told she can go to Home Depot to get the things she needed! Are you kidding? Home Depot is a 30 minute drive from here! I didn't agree to wait another 1.5 for them to send another person. And about an hour later, I received a $50 charge!! What is wrong with this company? I called them and spoke with a manager and was told that was a lock out fee because I refused cleaning!! WHAT?! I didn't refuse cleaning! I waited now three times for them to clean my couches! They didn't send the cleaner with the equipment she needed- that is why she didn't clean today! I want a full refund on this charge . Any reasonable person would understand this situation should not have that $50 lock out fee. I believe this company is a scam. Resolution Sought Refund
