I scheduled a one time cleaning for 60 dollars. On the scheduled day for the cleaning the cleaner did not show up or call. When I questioned them they told me she had a problem and can I schedule another day. I said no and to please cancel. today I received a debit to my checking account of $360.00 for 6 mos. I did not ask for 6 months cleaning. Resolution Sought I would like a refund please of the $360.00.

I run Emrich retreat center in Brighton Michigan, a five star facility. I hired speedycleans for a professional cleaning upon reopening in July. The first girl that showed up was 2.5 hours late, she offered me drugs and stole from my property. And did not clean anything; i have pictures. They sent out 2 more girls that came once for an hour, did not clean, i have pictures of this as well, and then they never came back. I sent all the pictures asked for management to come to the property and they refused. This property is owned by the church and this company is way out of line. They have offered a discount, but still want to be paid for a minimum of 2 hours because they showed up. I did not know that their employees could offer drugs and steal from the property. I am appalled how they have been treating us. And they must be stopped. I know that I am not the only complaint, they have done this to others. And it came right out of the mouths of their employees. Please help. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund. And the cleaning products back that they took from my property. Also they need to do back ground checks on the people they hire.
