I scheduled a one time cleaning for 60 dollars. On the scheduled day for the cleaning the cleaner did not show up or call. When I questioned them they told me she had a problem and can I schedule another day. I said no and to please cancel. today I received a debit to my checking account of $360.00 for 6 mos. I did not ask for 6 months cleaning. Resolution Sought I would like a refund please of the $360.00.
