I have purchased z-fold flip 3 phone case through Spingen INC Order Number: 14-07545-22022 back in Aug 2021. the cover barely even lasted for 6 months I reached out to the seller and after several messages, seller agreed to send me the new cover, and within one month that cover got broke again since then I am trying to reach out to the seller but have received no response the cover that is sold by the seller it came with1 year warranty and my claims are filed under warranty. I am asking for a refund because the product is not good at all. Resolution Sought I need a refund
