I ordered a swing set for my son from this company back in March. I have the order confirmation paper saying that my order would be delivered in mid May, I first contacted the company in mid June asking where the swing set was for them to claim that they were waiting on parts. I explained this was my sons first swing set and I wanted it for this summer. It is now the end of July summer is just about over in NY where I live and there is still no word on when this could be delivered, I explained to them multiple times that I wanted to cancel my order and be refunded, each time them ignoring my request and saying it was delayed but will get here. I have since read multiple reviews online of people with the same issue of not receiving anything and this company being a scam. I insisted on a full refund and now someone offered me only a partial refund where they want to keep $300 for "manufacturing powers, as well as to logistics" when all of their play sets blue prints are already made since they have pictures on their website and they specifically told me in an email that the manufacturer warehouse they were using they had a falling out with and need to switch, so there is no reason for them to keep any of my money especially when I was told in my contract that I would have my swing set in May and they failed to deliver. I have been fighting with this company now since June and just want my money back so that maybe next summer my son can actually get a swingset. Resolution Sought Cancel my order and refund my money

Per consumer states; Thank you so much! The company finally reached out to me and insisted that the swing set will be delivered in the beginning of August and that they are adding in a free baby swing for my trouble. I told them that I can not wait any longer than that for it and that if I do not receive it by the end of August I want my refund. I am hoping that it will finally arrive like they claim.

Consumer states; Spimba insisted that if I waited and didn't go forward with this complaint then they would deliver my swing set along with a free added swing in the beginning of august. It is now almost September and I have received nothing from them and heard nothing from them as well. I can not wait on them any longer, my son missed out the entire summer on having his first swing set and now this company wants to keep $300 of my money if I request a refund. They completely lied to me multiple times and voided their own contract, since their guaranteed deliver back in may was never met and it is now almost September. So I want to move forward with this please.
