On 8/10 I ordered a replacement seat for my Victory 9 scooter (as well as white glove service) The total price was $787.53. They couldn't tell me when it would be shipped to me, but as soon as I received it I was told to call them up to set up a time for someone to come put it on. White glove service means they deliver it to my door & fix it (as per their website). I ordered the same item from monster parts for $332 . As soon as I called SpinLife to cancel my order, I was told I couldn't because it was out for delivery (even though FedEx said the delivery date was TBD & only a shipping label was created) I called my Amex & told them not to put the payment thru. They agreed to open a dispute. FedEx delivered the package (weighing 52 lbs) to my door & left it, even though on my door as well as on my FedEx login it states to knock & wait until door is answered, as I am disabled (hence the scooter) I've been waiting 3 days for them to pick up this item, which SpinLife now states is unreturnable! It's in the same packaging it was sent to me in. I've learned the original SpinLife was bought out on 7/21/21 by NuMotion, who's owned by Revolution. This is SHODDY business at its finest! I've saved all correspondence from both SpinLife & FedEx if you want it. I'm trying to get this item picked up & returned & not be charged for it. I purchased a lift chair online from Spinlife. After receiving the chair I found that it was extremely uncomfortable. The company wants to charge me over 700.00 to return it! I had to pay way less to have it shipped to me. They also charge a restocking fee of 25. These fees are way out of line and I feel they charge them so people will think twice about returning them. I am a Sr citizen and can't afford this. Resolution Sought I would like the return fees to be reduced. It's simple. The product does not work for me. I am not happy with it. I should be able to get my money back.
