I had black mold and broken door and was double charge deposit amongst other things they were paid rent evict me remodel my apt unit 6 at 3339 s Ainsworth av tacoma Washington 98418 and charge me 17000 for the remodel used bogus fees on paper Resolution Sought Pay me and be investigated especially for black mold in other units and other stuff they do

They refuse to fix unsafe things black in at least half of the 8 unit apartment buckle floors moisture from under apartment charging unnecessary fees and double deposit fire happened Sept 2023 still haven't fix it loose porch steps the list go on it unsafe. Resolution Sought Have them investigated and hope they can be order to make it safe
