I thought I was ordering a dirt bike for my son a very first dirt bike and I was mailed out by decals I informed him by email that I was not going to pay $150 for decals for which I do not have a bike to put them on because I thought I was getting a bike instead of decals they told me that they could not help me I told them that I wanted a refund and they referred me to some of the agency which cannot be contacted I don't have spirals exact address the number on the website is to a whole totally different number of business so I'm just trying to get my money back at this point. Resolution Sought To give me a full refund that's it.

The customer ordered a graphics / sticker kit for a dirt bike from our website, www.spiralgfx.us. The product ordered was this link: https://spiralgfx.us/products/gasgas-bambam-graphics-kit?_pos=2&_sid=57c08dcb0&_ss=r As you'll see we are a sticker printing company, we are not a motorcycle dealer. We also have a disclaimer on the website (screenshot provied to BCA for review) that stipulates that we only sell graphic kits, and no other products such as the dirt bike or the motorcycle stand, are included with the purchase. The customization of the graphics kit is what makes it ineligible for return. Our refund policy is here: https://spiralgfx.us/policies/refund-policy. The customer ordered a graphics kit for a 2022 Gas Gas MC 65, the retail MSRP of this bike is $5,199. We are not a Motorcycle dealer, and in no context did we offer to provide a $5200 motorcycle for $150 that also includes a fully customized graphics kit with the customers name and number attached to it. We explained to the customer that unfortunately we dod not offer refunds on customized items, because we have no capability of reselling this item to another customer.
