The company is forcing me to pay for someone else's bill who no longer stays at this address. That's why the bill is so high. I shouldn't be responding for paying someone else's debt in order to have my service on. This is totally against any company policy. Regardless of the relationship, the person no longer reside and whatever bill should follow them. Me and my children are currently without gas due to the company forcing me to pay someone else's debt. Resolution Sought Stop trying to force me to pay for someone else debt who no longer reside here and allow me to pay my own bill monthly bill. Which isn't much. So me and my children can have heart and hot water. No way I should be responsible for someone else's debt.

I have a spire bill overdue which is understandable but they expect me to pay 1000.02 but you can't turn my service back on that day and I have 5 kids under the age of 10. That makes no sense to me. That's like if I went to a restaurant to eat but waited to pay my bill because I didn't get paid until the next day. Both the young lady and supervisor felt no remorse at all. I can't even have my children take a bath in their own home yet I already paid my services. Ridiculous!!!!' Resolution Sought Turn my service on the day I paid for not wait for them to get around to it. It's not my fault they're short staff.
