Spire gas Company has over charge me on this year bill .I complaint about my bill and the company sends someone out why I was at work and there Employee tell me I had a leak inside and cut my gas off and change the meter to a small size then and before has raise my bill up. I call gas company to send someone back out that light turn my gas service on and see if I had a leak..I know I didn't have a leak. I would ha know it there's no one leaving at my home but me. the one guy went down my basement and I heard some rating and he come up and said you have as little gas leak and need to call a plumber. I had a license plumber he said the gas company should had tightened the pipe. I said the was the one untightened it. My has not been touch since ,2010 unless it when the gas man down in my basement. I don't appreciate the gas Company have there Employees to false saying I had a gas leak when it wasn't to raise my bill for a new meter put on my property. No on respond back to me with my Concern. My Furnace was turn on 2/12/24 it was turn off by gas company 1/1/24. There are others residents saying the same thing gas company raise there bill and not tell them about the replace of small meter put in and they bills raise up and St.. Louis hasn't experience much bad weather for our bill sky up in months and before the change of a small meter. This is illegal what spire is doing to Constitution that paying out rage bill and not using the gas amount. Goes back what a pe Resolution Sought To be held accountable for missing leading Constitution about there bill and I would like be reimbursed for the out rage gas bill . I leave my home 5:30am until ,6:45 pm everyday. My heat is off. If I need heat to keep my home warm due to drop temperatures I has done this for many years with out a furnace. I paid my gas bill this past Tues through the telephone service they have and my debit card didn't go through because they saying they was updated it at that time and my credit union paid it. It went through my mutual savings account and it paid double. Resolution Sought Give me my refund and pay my original bill $222.42

We have reviewed the account and show a payment of $303.34 applied to the account on 2/2/23. This payment satisfied the full amount of the past due bill that was due on 1/27/23 in the amount of $303.34. The account is paid in full as of 2/2/23 and remains in good standing.
