Spires Auto Sales complaints

I recently purchased a car on the 28th of April of this year. My 1st payment was the 18th of May. on the 17th I called for Mr Walter whom I dealt with I asked for the link to go online pay as he started that was the way to pay I never got the Email as I'm waiting Mr Walter stated to me that I was good until the 3rd ok fine. On the 24th the car was shut down which was on a Sat.i thought it was the starter .So the following Mon .Mr Walter called me I said I have been trying to call you to tell you the car won't start ,he say I know ,it's shut down he say I was late on payment I said I thought you said I was good until the 3rd he say he didn't say that .I said ok sorry miscommunication but I'm on the way to go get the money and pay you .remind you that I still have not gotting the link to pay ok so I had to call him 3 times for the link again . finally get the link, pay what I owe ok payment was accepted I then go pick up the car it's gone ok let me go back to when I talk to him Monday we discussed he said that the reason he called was to tell me that Jones Co. Sheriff had called him about the car he asked did I want him to have the car towed back to Millidgeville until I get the money I asked how much will it cost he said anywhere from 45 to 75$ I say no don't tow it .he say ok you got til the end of the day I said ok Around 3 pm it's gone so as I'm heading to Millidgeville almost at the shop Mr Walter calls me and say your car is here at the shop you can come pick it up . Resolution Sought I want a refund
