We purchased an item from one of the local satellite stores that are opened during the Halloween season as a gift. Unfortunately the item was missing one of the pieces and the stores are now closed. I contacted the NJ corporate headquarters and was told to provide proof of purchase, the item number, a picture of the item and the missing contents through email to their support team. I sent the email as well as a follow up with no response. I then called the corporate office again inquiring as to why I've not received a response. The rep I spoke with said that their email is down and has been for over 2 weeks so I would need to wait for a response. She stated the email system should be up next week. I asked if there was any alternative as this is a Christmas gift and the rep stated no; " we can't do anything without email". I find this completely unprofessional as their website is still taking and processing orders to this day with apparently no resolution should customers have problems. The rep refused to have this escalated or attempt to resolve my issue. Just kept referring to their broken email system. Resolution Sought I would like a replacement item sent out (hopefully before Christmas).

Purchased a costume for my daughter that was to big! Within one hour we came back to the store at 11185 W Lincoln Hwy, Frankfort, IL 60423 to get refund or exchange for something else and the store refused. They stated that the receipt says, no exchanges after 10/28/21 which is to late to find out after they take your money. NO SIGN or mention of "No Refunds/Exchanges" in the store, check out line or at register. Customer has no way of knowing until after the sale. This is misleading, fraudulent , and totally the stores fault for not notifying the customer. We would not have purchased a costume had we known of this policy beforehand. Resolution Sought Mail us a Refund Check for $22.00
