Built pool. Project had one issue after another. Equipment is defective. Was told it would be replaced then told it would not. Complained about a potential leak since completion, they insisted "no leak", obvious leak, wall shifting. Defective Magic Bowl - has warped - $3500 bowl. Pump is t strong enough to run all the features on the pool. Resolution Sought Fix the leak, replace the bowl or refund the money, rebuild the wall, cover up leakage stains on wall.

Company states: Client has received numerous "go back"s to address her concern. We have expunged many monies to aid in her concerns. It appears four to six months go by and additional work is then requested. Normal wear and tear will occur and her pool is 2 years old and has gone through to hurricanes. Now the issue, we have already contacted her to continue to perform more work for the last time. PS pumps are engineered so this new request is not valid.

Yes I would like to file a rebuttal and submit an email that was sent after this complaint was generated promising to fix all the issues mentioned although nothing has been done. I apologize I missed the email informing me of the opportunity to do a rebuttal. This company is blatantly lying. My pool has not been through two hurricanes, these are not new complaints and they have not decreased the cost by one penny. They did refund 1,500 for defective equipment that they collected! Thanks for your assistance.

As mentioned in the email stated above, as a response to this letter, the water bowl in question is being processed through a warranty. This could take months and client has been notified of this. Any additional work requested to the wall in which the water bowls sit on, would all be done at the same time unless a major issue is needing additional attention. We didn't collect any money mentioned above, it was reduced off of an invoice before it was paid. Client will be updated upon our notice of new waterbowl, but if any other question is at hand, our offices and phones are always available. We have always responded and gone to site at each request made. Thank you
