When I was there looking to buy a truck, I seen the 2016 GMC SIERRA 1500. The AC wasn't blowing cold so I asked the salesman about it and he said he would have it checked out. I ask the next day and he said nothing was wrong with it, so I went ahead and bought the truck, just to find out in less than a week it was blowing hot again. I took it back they looked at it and said there was a hole a leak in the A/C Compressor, but then they told me they could fix it due to it was caused by a bird which I disagreed with but of course it came down to my word against their words so I lost. So I strongly feel that they deceived me telling me nothing was wrong with the AC when they knew that it had a leak in it. I tried to talk with them over n over with just getting thrown away or not even a call back from them. Resolution Sought I would of liked them to fixed it especially since I just bought it under the impression that the AC was in working condition when it wasn't. I feel they just recharged the AC and that's why it went hot in less than a week. Then tried to charge me $2089.24 to fix it . So now I am left to get it fixed myself which is totally wrong.
