Spitzer Honda complaints

On November 21st 2023 I purchased a 2023 Honda Pilot Elite from Honda Spitzer in Euclid Ohio I started having issues with it it was covered under warranty and when I took it into the mechanic they said that I needed to speak to a Salesman about getting a new car a 2024 because of all the issues this car was having the salesman tried to talk me into getting a cheaper version of the car I had I told him I was not interested he then told me I could do a dealer trade when I found my car that I wanted he said he would pass it along to his manager I called Monday and he said to me did you think about going down to the other dealership and getting it yourself I said no I then called corporate corporate has not done anything about the situation I have heard from two people from Spitzer Honda there was a woman who told me they did not want to be stuck with a car they could not sell they were trying to have me pay $15,000 and negative equity on the car I currently have and would do another hard hit on my credit& said they might want more money down I said I already let corporate know . I have reached out to corporate a few times and nothing was done I get a phone call this evening from Aziz the manager he was running numbers and pretty much saying the same thing The Other Woman was but he admitted he would have to take this car to the auction I do not want this car I want my money back because this is a lemon can you please help me. Resolution Sought I would like out of my loan and want the $5,000 that I have put into the vehicle back the $3,000 I put into the monthly payments and the $2,000 cash.
