The Spitzer KIA Cleveland, OH location is extremely disappointing giving me a lack of service, lying to me about when it will be worked on, a lack of care about my situation, and no motivation to have any kind of customer satisfaction. My car was towed to this location after my engine failed on my 2014 KIA Forte on 9/30/2022. Jake the person they assigned to be my support contact said he would have someone look at it and be in touch soon. One week later and I heard nothing from anyone. When I called them I could not get ahold of anyone in the services department and gave my information to call me back multiple times over several days before I talked to anyone. Jake mentioned there were 8 towed cars ahead of me in line. 2 weeks ago I tried calling and had to wait to be called back and Jake told me my car was next in line to be looked at and I should hear something in the next day or two. Fast forward to today and several phone calls later of me being patient with Jake as he made excuses that day after day made less sense and the same messaging and lack of interest in my situation at all. They have still yet to even look at my car as of 10/28/2022, no offer of a loaner car so I am stuck without a car for a minth now and nothing I can do. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is for the company to look at my car and give me a report. Barring that I would like a loaner car or funds to pay for my time without the car. Barring that I would like them to pay the towing costs to move my car to a business that will actually look at and service the vehicle I own.

2016 Kia Optima needs power tran which under warranty and I owe 12000 on this car got it 2018. They have had my car since 5/11 and I am without a car and they will not provide one. The worst part is Jackie in service is the rudest representative I have ever encountered. Cuts you off when speaking, does not follow up, tone is never kind, if you ask something she does not like she threatens to hang up on you and says she will not speak to you. She should NOT be working with the public. Resolution Sought Jackie should NOT be working there; my power train should be replaced it is not only under warranty there is a Kia recall on the engine. For my missed work not having a car I should be compensated in addition to getting a rental car.
