Customer Complaint

I called Splash City service department for my pool in April. They finally came out in June and replaced the skimmer. I asked them to also look at the sand in the motor. The service person told me that he was only told to replace the skimmer and that I would have to call the service department to make another appointment. The very next day I did that. The water is still below the skimmer. It is now July and still waiting for the pool to get fixed. I am sure they will charge another service call. Just don't know if I will get any use out of the pool. I am a 66 yr old lady that lost her husband last year and I am tired of people taking advantage of me. Resolution Sought Would like my pool fixed.

Company states; Please be advised that we have reached out to the customer to try and resolve this matter with her. However, the customer stated she was having surgery and was pointless to have it repaired at this time and would wait until Sping. So therefore, we have not be able to resolve this matter with her as of today.
