You have stated that our product doesn't work and you are looking to be reimbursed for $25.00. I have a strong suspicion that you are not talking about washer fluid, which is what my company primarily sells. I am fairly confident you are talking about the "splash toilet foam" or some of the other things they sell. My website is www.splashwash.com. On there you will see what we sell.

Splash offers 100 refund if not satisfied. At first I was offered a 50 credit to be used within 2 days. Secondly I was offered a 50 refund. I want What they advertised. I want a 100 refund. Resolution Sought Refund 100.00.
