false advertising. This resort ruined my kids birthday door didn't close on room room was dirty. Restaurants that are advertised were never even opened. Waterpark was 90 shut down no heater in pool and it was snowing so they couldn't even use the waterpark. I had two days worth of tickets that never got used. Coffee pot exploded in the room and burned my husband's hand. Dogs barking all night air conditioner not working properly. Outlets didn't work. My son was so upset. He was crying. We weren't even there 24 hours and left was told I would receive a refund from the resort have not received. Spoke with manager Miklos. Was told could leave and they would contact owners in Mexico for reimbursement. Resolution Sought Reimburse for trip

We can't get communication from Split Rock or Bel Aire. We understand that the PA AG has a suit against them, but we still deserve communication from the timeshare. We just want you to void our contract. Resolution Sought A full refund and our timeshare contract voided.
