I purchased the "try before you buy" supposedly only had to pay for shipping. After I provided my debit card info and submitted the shipping fee then I received a notification that there was a hold on my bank account for $104 but not to worry that it drops off within 1-4 days. This was not disclosed before hand nor the amount of the hold. So today is the 4th day, I contacted my bank and was told that the retailer is the one that needs to remove the hold and until they release the hold there was nothing that could be done. I emailed the company to request the hold be removed and to cancel the order all together. I received a sorry for your inconvenience but it should be removed after 4 business days…another lie that was not disclosed in their emails. Also I read several comments about them not having the product in stock. Resolution Sought Cancel order, refund my shipping cost and remove the hold from my account.
