I was charged $600 for an emergency visit and paid it all off in 3 months. They now say I still owe them 200.00 and have sent me to collections. I paid with bill pay and have all the checks to prove I paid. They have the worst accounting system I've ever worked with. Resolution Sought I want to be removed from collections and have my account closed.

Did not bill insurance for my visit. Next thing I know it went to collections without even knowing anything about it Resolution Sought Help to resolve the complaint please
