June 2nd I had dropped or had my vehicle my 2013 Hyundai Sonata towed to this dealership and they informed me that my motor sees and that it would need to be repaired there were six different recalls on this car the engine never was repaired I've had numerous issues with the vehicle they told me to come in pick it up after the repairs were supposedly done and the car won't even shut off with the key out of the ignition it's backfiring I have gas in my oil on my dipstick I've done two oil changes still gas on my dipstick my cars not even running I've missed out on all of my doctors appointments I was diagnosed with cancer and they expect me to drive my car to Seattle to start my chemo radiation I cannot do that they have done nothing to help me to refit to replace the repairs they put in an older model vehicle motor and with more miles on it than what my car originally had on it they told me that I was approved for extended warranty from the previous owner and that there would be a new motor in it and now I'm stuck paying $180 a month for vehicle that doesn't run $3,000 all total and I've already put in $1,500 to fix it and it's still not drivable I'm a low income single parent mom and I need some help something needs to get done they cannot do this and get away with it. Company states: The customer had her vehicle towed in to us, therefore it wasn't running when she brought it here. She purchase the vehicle elsewhere. The customer had a new engine installed. And, all her older parts are still intact. All the recall repairs have been completed. In order to diagnose other issues with her vehicle she would have to pay a fee. The customer has not given us the opportunity to diagnose the other issues. The customer did not pay us $1500.00 because all the recall repairs were done under warranty and no money was paid by the customer. The other issues with her vehicle are not due to the recall work we completed. There is no refund due because she didn't pay us for repairs.
