Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Fake advertising a $20 free sports bet pick. Deposited money and placed the pick. Refused to give me my $20 in credit back. Basically called me stupid and said oh well. I'm just curious of laws of fake advertising in the United States. Resolution Sought Refund my money

Business wont let mw withdraw my money off the app. They keep putting up roadblock after roadblock so i cant get my money that is rightfully mine!! This business is a scam and needs to be shutdown !! I have sent several emails to customer support with little to no response of fixing the problem or me withdrawing my money!! I want all my money off this scam app!! Resolution Sought Let me withdraw my rightful funds off the app!!
