Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I made and agreement with the loan company for a payday loan for 500.00 USA dollars I get paid on the 3rd of every month through account debited 1615 Social security acct they are aware of my pay days but they refused to honor my paydays but ACH before my payday and causing a overdraft fee in my account every month . I have called there numerous time asking them to abide by the agree in the contract loan agreement and they said they won't do it again but as soon as the next installment came around they refused to abide by the contract by breaching multiple after that to get their money early so my bank and I Jeffery Barton put a end to their unscrupulous practices. I have asked them to cease and desist and they just kept doing it anyway maliciously so now they have received $805 for a $500 loan and I say that this right here breached the contract so they're done and I said that to them in a recording, they are finished getting any more money from my account They would've abide by the rules of the agreement then this would've been a great business deal but now it has turned sour. Please help me by having them discharge the account and no repercussions for them and no relief. The service is trash they continue to tease me like shit talking over me when ever I call I got laughter at and hung up on I'm tired of the bad service I work in customer service myself the supervisor names are called again and they can't do anything to fix it when the account was under 800 dollars I have never been more ashamed to work with a company or foul business with them Im literally having to stop them from taking to get my point across I can pay it off in 2 months they failed to provide information when they should have they think they can take advantage of a young adult. Resolution Sought I would like my account closed and I would rate it a 0 from corporate to the basic phone staff and supervisors
