Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I signed up for a loan I thought was through Walmart but is not it's called spot loan and they are charging me 497 percent for interest the state law is nothing over 25 would like them to be investigated and would like my money taken back if any was taken out. Resolution Sought Investigate and turn in for fraud I have a baby and the cost of living is to the point you can't survive I need what I can get for money

I took out a loan with this company, Spotloan, over a year ago and am still paying on it with my payoff continuing to increase!!! My payments are 158.60 per payment making that a an apt of 460.00. This is insane that I have made this many payments for my balance to only increase!!! Paying off that much for just principle should be against the law! Resolution Sought Return my money!
