I got my truck worked on at Jackson Ford because my truck broke down when I was at work. Spring valley Ford were the ones that worked on this truck before. Jackson and Spring Valley were at an agreement to take it to Jackson Ford to get it fixed. They had some miss communication and now one will not let me have my truck and for two both are not paying for it. I drove two hours away to pick up my truck after they said it was done but no one stated that it was going to cost this and no one was covering it. They are making me pay for their miscommunication. Resolution Sought Pay the bill since they messed up on it last time and didn't put all the parts in

Vehicle was towed to a different facility, and we advised that no repairs were to made not under warranty or to get approval from customer, they stated the customer approved additional repairs, customer stated a part was missing, but that part could not be missing or vehicle would not drive. We did our due diligence having everything in writing, stating no repairs to be made unless covered under warranty, the facility where the vehicle was towed made arrangements with customer who agreed to pay for additional repairs. We are not liable for the additional repairs.
