I have taken a total of three working days off of work from November 2021 to present day to get my car repaired (totalling six days). I purchased the vehicle in June 2021. Two recalls and two other issues. Each time they have kept my car the entire day. Each time I return for my vehicle no repairs have occurred bc the parts are backorder, wrong parts or the tech was not qualified or missed the repair. I was told by 4 different employees they would take care of the issue. To this day my requests have fallen on deaf ears and pushed aside as if my time, money and respect were not important. I have spoken to managers and nothing. I purchased product and it is not working as I should. This is beyond frustrating especially when faced with a condensing representative of the company not accommodating me for a purchase and my time. Resolution Sought I want my vehicle repaired with more income loss, time and completed with respect!
