On March 3, 2023, I had filed a complaint with the corporate office of Sprouts Farmers Market that handles consumer complaints. It was regarding my negative experience that had happened over the phone with one of their stores located in Walnut Creek, Ca. When I had first called the store, I had asked to be transferred over to the vitamin dept. and, the person said ok. I must have waited for about 8 minutes or so before I called back. I called back for the second time and, I had told the other clerk that I had been waiting for a long time and that nobody had answered the phone from the vitamin department. He told me that he was going to walk over there to see what was going on and for me not to hang up. The same thing happened, I waited, waited, and waited for the same amount of time before I decided to call back. The third time that I had called back, a lady had picked up the phone. She kind of laughed a little and then transferred over to the vitamin department in which I was able to speak to somebody regarding my situation. I had brought this matter to the corporate office that handles consumer complaints. I had told the corporate office that I wanted a call back from the district manager not the store manager regarding my incident. It will be two weeks starting tomorrow on March 17, since I haven't yet heard back from the district manager who over sees this store. There's no excuse for this type of behavior. I bring this matter to your attention. Resolution Sought I would like for your company to try to reach out to the corporate office to have the district manager or somebody higher up to call me regarding my incident. In my opinion, there's no excuse for this type of customer service store behavior.

Per consumer states; I finally heard back from the company and my problem finally got resolved. I was issued a $50.00 gift card from the individual store in which I had encountered the problem. Thanks again for all of your help regarding this matter. Take care.
