My solar panels were off the grid for 13 months..spruce's failure to monitor my solar system resulted in my over payment to my electric company by not reporting my credits produced by the panels. It was the investigation of my extreme high bills from PSEG my electric company who informed me that I was indeed off the grid …..I reported this information to Spruce and after many phone calls and emails to them a technician was sent out to fix the problem. However they are taking no responsibility in compensation to me for their negligence.. my contract states they were to monitor my solar panels and resolve any problems….they are in breach of contract by not discovering my problem until I told Them which took 13 months. Resolution Sought I would like Spruce Power to compensate us for 13 months of overpayment to PSEG based on documented information from Enfase stating "gateway not reporting " each month, until 6/28/23, after technical visited our home.

Hi I signed a contract in 2015 for 20 yrs with Kilowatt Systems(agreement #835803091-000) for Solar panels and Installation. Spruce power took over above in 2017 and increased the original monthly charge by $ 4.28 without notification and in violation of the contract. After many calls and once actually speaking to a rep was told it would be taken care of. it was not. When you call and wait sometimes up to 35 minutes a 3rd party answers saying a rep WILL CALL YOU BACK. They DO NOT call back and also answer repeated emails with a reply saying to call that very same number. I am filing here to hopefully get this totally resolved. #1 I am currently owed $4.28 per month since Solar Power took over increasing the amount in Jan 2018. That amount from 1/2018 til 12/21 amounts to $205.44. #2 I was overcharged in Dec 2021 to the amount of $137.83 which is n $83.14 over charge. #3 I would like my bill corrected to the same monthly charge as original contract of $50.45 + the .15 cent tax increase in 2018 for a total of $50.63. The total currently owed me is $288.58. That amount and correcting my monthly bill to $50.63 per original 20 year contract will formally bring this complaint to an end.
