I just received a notification from Lifelock that this company put an open account on my credit report in the amount of $10863.00. I am an Illinois resident and have never dealt with nor heard of this company. I reported identity theft fraud against them with the FBI & my local law enforcement. I have yet to receive a call back. Resolution Sought Remove this fraudulent account from my credit report. Also to persue criminal charges and a law suit for punitive damages.

Per Consumer: It turns out that it was an error on Trans Unions behalf. I did speak with Spruce & one of the partner company's handles medical loans, which I do have an account with.

In 2017, NRG and I signed a contract with a "buy Out" provision in 2022 and every year thereafter for 13 years till completed. The set price on 1 Sep 2022 was $12, 007.86 plus taxes, based on a 4.5 interest rate. No other costs or charges are mentioned in the contract. In about 2020, Spruce Power bought the NRG contract. Spruce power has added "Incentives" and "Residual equipment Value" to the BuyOut price which are not supported by the contract and were never mentioned in the contract or agreed to be me. Resolution Sought I would like Spruce Power to abide by the NRG contract and provide me with a prepayment price as called out in the NRG contract and with no additional costs.

Company states; I have reviewed our system and did not find an open ticket with this compliant. However, I did find that the customer completed a buyout of the system in October 2022. Thank you,
