My Debit card expired and when I tried to get a replacement I received an error message. The chat reps would send me a link to order the card and once I received the error message they would tell me your request to activate or order Cashapp card wasn't approved and more details could not be provided. I was told to try again in 14 days. I did and the same error message. This started March 22, to date I still don't have a card, cant order one and I was told I could still use the account to send and receive money but in order to send the money I am charged a fee. All these fees add up and I have requested to speak with a manager but that did not work either they addressed the fraudulent activity that all of a sudden started happening during this time and closed out my request. Resolution Sought I would like a manager to contact me and try to resolve the issues with my account

I was sent money from a friend through cash app. The amount was $353.00. It was sent to a card that I no longer have and my bank has no access to the card at all. When I asked addressed the problem to cash app, they stated there is nothing they can do and then said my case is closed. Where has this money gone to if myself or my friend have not received anything as far as refund or payment? Any help would be great. Thank you for your time. Resolution Sought Cash App should be responsible of any transaction and should have a solution to this type of problem since I am not the only person this has happened to. I would at least like my friend to get her refund back.
