Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I had two fraudulent transactions of 91.79 on my Cashapp account through a website called Unipin.com lpg. This happened on 6/3 at 2:43 and 2:44 am. I filed a dispute and they were both denied and then I filed an appeal and one of them was accepted and the other was denied. I just can't believe they didn't accept both of them! I had gotten an email on the 6/1 that Cashapp had detected fraudulent activity on my account and I had to verify my account! Anyway I provided evidence to Cashapp and they accepted one of my appeals and denied the other. I know that 91.79 may not seem like alot but I feel violated and like they didn't care to help me. This UniPin.com lpg is a gaming website that's in a completely different language and I wasn't able to reach anyone to have them cancel the charges. So I had to wait on Cashapp to help me and they didn't. I'm so frustrated and really need help getting this money back, no matter how long it takes! Resolution Sought I would like them to give me my other 91.79 back! I need it so badly!

When I was on my Cash app today I noticed there was a bitcoin transaction for the amount of $486.26 that I did not do cash app is telling me that it's irreversible and they can't fix it but I wanna know what can be done to get my money back because this is all the money. I have to pay my bills this month. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund
