This financial institute needs to bee investigated on their practices and policies.

The financial institute named Cashapp, has put my last $32.50 on hold over a declined transaction. Instead of returning the funds right away because the transaction declined they put it on a 10 business day hold. I am unable to attend Christmas and see my family because the last $32.50 I had for gas money is being held by Cashapp without any remorse towards my situation. After calling customer service and requesting help all they offered was to submit a ticket but that I would still need to wait the 10 business days. When requested to speak with a supervisor I was blatantly denied and they hung up the phone.

Hopefully the outcome will be them getting the appropriate way to handle customer service

I wanna start with they way cash app has a very improper way of verifying people identity. I enter my credintials as in my ss# my birthday and name . How are they to tell me that my info is in correct. When I tell them how are they to tell me that my info is incorrect when clearly it is not. I can verify myself by a video chat with my id whatever they ask. But when I reply back letting them know the situation all they do is giving me the run around with the same reply as before. Someone had stolen my cash app. Now I'm trying to retrieve it back. And cash app support is no help with anything . At alló
