Hopefully the outcome will be them getting the appropriate way to handle customer service

I wanna start with they way cash app has a very improper way of verifying people identity. I enter my credintials as in my ss# my birthday and name . How are they to tell me that my info is in correct. When I tell them how are they to tell me that my info is incorrect when clearly it is not. I can verify myself by a video chat with my id whatever they ask. But when I reply back letting them know the situation all they do is giving me the run around with the same reply as before. Someone had stolen my cash app. Now I'm trying to retrieve it back. And cash app support is no help with anything . At alló

I want them shut down. This is not how you run a business.

Poor customer service. They close out chats without asking if you were done. Nothing is done in a timely manner. They treat people like they are machines. With there automated responses. It's sickening how I've been treated with this company.
