Several years ago I started a small business and utilized Squarespace [SS] to build and host a website. I used SS's services for about 3 years, via an annual subscription where they charged my credit card annually for their fee. In December of 2022, I closed my business and therefore no longer required SS's services. So I used their website to cancel my subscription. On 12/13/2022 I received an email from SS confirming that my subscription had been canceled and that my service would expire on 1/11/2023. This was my desired outcome. On 1/15/2024, I reviewed my credit card bill and noticed a charge from SS on 1/11/2024 for the amount of $181.44. I immediately made a complaint to SS about this charge and filed a disputed charge claim with my credit card company. My credit card company has since resolved that issue and I have been reimbursed for the 1/11/2024 charge of $181.44. Later in the day I thought that if they fraudulently charged me for the service in 2024, maybe they also did it in 2023 and I missed it at the time. I checked my 2/2023 credit card statement and sure enough on 1/11/2023 I was charged $178.08 for SS services I had previously canceled. I then contacted SS about the 1/23 charge for $178.08 requesting they return my money. They have refused to do so. They claim that I only canceled the "domain service" and not the "website service". When I canceled the subscription on their website there was nothing. Resolution Sought I would like SS to repay me the $178.08 they charged my credit card in 1/2023. This was an unauthorized charge they made to my card using their fraudulent and deceptive business practices.

I canceled the subscription a year ago and the put popped up tonight taking money out of my account I have not hear from them in a year. They will not talk to me. I want my money refunded they are scamming me. I have a new debit card and everything don't know how they got my information. Resolution Sought I want my 21.00 back.
