Today, 10-22-23 at 7:56a est I cashed in scratch off lotto tickets. This is the second time the man behind the counter shorted me a dollar. I cash in lotto everyday and always triple check my winnings. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with this same gentleman. I've watched them overcharge people using SNAP as well. I've tried to bring the issues to the owners son and I got no where. When I complain, I'm treated like a burden. The customer service at this location is getting worse and worse. There's absolutely no way for me to prove the staff is doing this unless the security cameras are observed by someone. This behavior is not right and I shouldn't be losing money by using this business. Resolution Sought I would like someone other than the owner to investigate. I'm sure multiple issues will come to light at this location.

I was approached this morning (in store) by the owner, and one of the individuals I complained about. It was a bit uncomfortable. I did get to express my concerns with him directly. He did hear me out and showed understanding regarding my complaint and concerns. I am hoping that things get better with morning staff. Night time staff are fantastic and I've never had issues with them.
