Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

SRP has taken my m-power box they shut down my SRP account downloaded off my phone they won't put my app on my phone to set up my SRP payment app. There rude and there telling me off. Behind my back and really mistreating me for my payments Resolution Sought I want my app put on my phone 623-808-3541 . I made have made a complaint .to the ombudsman.complait chart.and they said they would give my case to someone else with in 24 hrs since yesterday 6-12-2025 nobody has contacted me
