Got a loan against my Corvette small amount of 7000 paid the payments on time found out that the gentleman that loaned me the money move the car to an undisclosed location had a new top put on it and then told me that he was not giving me my car back when I was current on the payment this is a jeweler / pawn shop. Resolution Sought He sold the car for 6400 he has to pay for the difference in the market value of the vehicle which is 28,000 he needs to pay me back the money he owes me or give me back my car.
