My sister got sent there in an emergency and three days in a row. They said she wasn't there and now tonight I've got all 10 times and the operator keeps hanging up on me or transfer me to a phone that nobody answered. Will let me talk to my sister's nurse OK and I need to know what's going on with my sister nobody gives me information. The operator keeps hanging up. This is awful awful. But he should have to go through this one. They have a loved one in the hospital and trying to find out anything about them nobody. Resolution Sought Fire that receptionist to answer the phone she hung up on me told me I don't like transfer. That's my problem transferring you if they don't answer that's your problem I need information on my sister I can't get it. She's already been in the three days and nobody's giving me nothing. I need her fired

Company states. We attempted to contact the complainant, but the phone number shown on this compliant is disconnected. We also sent an email with no reply. We would need to know more informaiton in order to address the concern. My phone has not been disconnected and these are the times I called September 14 8:07-9:2@ pm as for a supervisor, they gave me a man that he would not give me his last name and I could not get through to the nurse and the operator yelled at me saying it's not her problem when she connects me to somebody and they don't answer horrible I have documentation of all the calls I made that evening
