We was having money problems for a few months the payment didn't clear like 3 times so I called them and made a payment to our bill. $80 or 82 total is 164 so they guaranteed my wife and I to have internet and we DO NOT have no internet now after paying the bill. Manager Bill informed me he has NO idea what is wrong and they said they basically lied to us. We called back tonight and said no internet Bill he told me snotty to my wife and I very rudely don't know what my problem is!!! I argued on the phone with them from 10:05 am till 10:45 basically laughing in the background and hung up on me twice . Crappy internet. Also I told them we are biting our tongue till the other fiber gets ready to go . The one lady said I will send the bill to collections I said go ahead this is a crock of crap. I'm not the only unhappy customer piss poor customer service. Like to get part of the bill waived at least $54.95 a months bill for being lied too . And still not working . Plus they have never ever charged a service call till now be $35 I think need to pay it or waive it . Thanks so very much. They got pissy when we mentioned another internet company. Resolution Sought I would like to waive the $35 fee a months free internet
