I called number listed on website, based on 5-star Google reviews. Company quoted amt. over phone, locksmith charged twice quoted amt. for shoddy work. I called company many times to speak with manager, was promised callback each time which never came. I investigated further and learned that St. John's Locksmith is no longer in business. Company I dealt with has apparently bought their website and is posing as this long-time HP biz, falsely profiting from its good reviews, claiming to be located at 1819 St. John's, when it is not, and responded to my negative Google review by stating that it was "false information posted by competitor." My name is clearly posted with the review, so they obviously know that I was their customer and not a competitor. Total scammers. Resolution Sought I would like them to stop falsely claiming to be St. John's Locksmiths and to refund the $150 I was forced to pay which was over the amount they quoted.
