I am very disturbed of the unprofessional and poor attitude of Ms. Hanna, registered nurse, who works at infusion center, in Fullerton office On Friday, March 13, 2020, I had an appointment to withdraw one pint of blood as a result of medical reason. Ms. Hanna was in charge to administer the needle into my vain, she brought the vain finder (Accu Vain) to see the vain, however she could not sure if she sees the vain, she pocked my arm three times with little success, but she could not continue, Then, she asked another nurse to replace her, who managed to get into my vain from the first time. FYI, the day before, I had blood withdrew at phlebotomy with no issue. Ms. Hanna came back to my station where I was setting, and started to play with the blood bag and hose, and when I asked her to stop, she stood up ran away asked another nurse to manage my case. After all, she came back and through my chart form on the floor and left. I reported to the nurse in charge, the issue of unprofessional performance and poor attitude toward patient. It is my opinion that Ms. Hanna has poor performance to administer needle into the vain and aggressive uncourteous attitude toward patient.
