Bought a truck from Staceys Auto in Big Stone Gap VA and once vehicle was paid off they couldn't find paperwork on it and want provide me a title and told me it's my responsibility to get title and there no longer responsible for any paper work cause its paid now and its my problem not his anymore. I've tried multiple time to get them to either give me temp. tags or hurry get me a title so I can get tags on truck and there reply is there not helping period. I want tags go get lost title and I'll be responsible for all money transactions. Talking to other dealers come to find out its not my responsibility to get a lost title if they lost it before it was even paid for and its still in the original owner name so they never put it down as they owed the truck Resolution Sought Make it right with title and provide me with some type of temp. tag till the title come in
