I ordered a Greenbay gaming chair from this website and it shipped with FedEx. When the FedEx marked the item as delivered, left at garage, it was not on my porch nor had it ever been there. I don't even have a garage. I was there the whole day. After filing a complaint with FedEx, nothing was done and I was instructed to contact the seller. When I contacted the seller via email, because they don't have a number to actually talk to someone, they tried to say that I have the product. I do not have what I ordered and I want either my money or what I ordered. I even called the number that I found and no one ever answers, I have to leave a voicemail and no one ever call you back. Resolution Sought Refund my money or send me the product I ordered.

Fedex has confirmed delivery on Saturday 7/20/24 at 11:50 AM via tracking 715941202483 Fedex is using GPS Scanned and Time Stamped Deliveries, they 100 state the item was delivered to the address of record on the order. Fedex has never contacted us related to any case or claim on this shipment.

I open a claim with Fedex 2 hrs after it was marked delivered. I wish I had a doorcam because the package was not delivered to my house. They even marked that it was left at garage. I don't even have a garage and I was there the whole day. My case number with fedex was C-156465444. After fedex did this claim and could not locate the package, they told me that I needed to report it to the seller and the seller would need to do a claim & they would refund them the money & then the seller could either refund me my money or ship another item. So after I emailed the seller to inform them that I never received my product, they tried to accuse me of scamming. I am a nurse and I don't appreciate being accused of something that I did not do. I also went to their website & saw that there was others that ordered that same thing that i ordered & did not receive it & ended up paying for something that wasn't received. Fedex also deliver to wrong addresses all the time because I've gotten someone package before & had to find them on Facebook to inform them that fedex left their package at my door and they lived several miles from me. Taking people money like this is just ridiculous & fraudulent

Fedex is reporting that the claim number noted in the previous message by this buyer is not valid, they are telling us no claim has been filed. Additionally they have provided proof of delivery, Fedex is stating that the item was delivered to the address of record on this order. We have contacted our Fedex rep and they are starting the first delivery investigation of this shipment - This case number is valid Case Number : C-161097424 We will proceed when Fedex completes their investigation.
