Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. Staffmark in York PA - Worked for them on Sept 7 over 14 days ago and still haven't received my pay and everyday I call its a different issue of why I haven't got paid for that day Resolution Sought Pay me what is owed to me for working

I was informed that this matter has already been handled. Ms. Sleeger did not properly clock in and out, and due to this her hours were not processed until we received confirmation and approval from the client that she indeed did work that day. On 9/24 Ms. Sleeger received her last 9 hours due to be paid. However, if Ms. Sleeger feels that her issue has not be resolved please let me know - I am more than happy to speak with her and get more details so we can resolve her complaint. Thank you,

Staffmark is ignoring my phone calls about me asking where is my paycheck. I believe they are racist unprofessional and oppressive. I have proof of text messages and phone calls they are not trying to pay me my check today. Resolution Sought I want my paycheck by today or more money if i have to get paid late because they are refusing to answer my phone calls and pay me my money i worked for on time today.

I see that Mr. Blocker received a paycheck on 7/9 which was a regularly scheduled pay day. If Mr.Blocker is able to provide more information on which pay he is missing, we are more than happy to look into it. Also, in regards to his other claims if he is able to provide more details/names, his proof/text message and phone calls so that we may look into the claims.
