My 50.00 deposit was not applied to my 1st session and I overpaid 10.00 because I didn't have change. Have response from them in Messenger where they state that deposits are applied to 1st session. I can provide screen shots of the conversation if necessary. Since the inexperienced artist had issues with proportion and position, I didn't keep 2nd session. Not my fault. Want them to issue money order to me for $60 since that is what I am entitled to. Since they admit that the 50.00 should have been applied to 1st session, then I am entitled to those funds. Resolution Sought Issue me money order for $60.00.

Company Response

Company states; Regarding the complaint from Stacy Dodd, her complaint as stated in not valid. We do not owe her $50.00 as it is a non-refundable deposit for her second session that she decided to end and leave. She had already paid a $50.00 deposit for the first session and paid the remainder that was due. I do have documentation to support this, plus I have a signed consent form by her that states: "I agree too release and forever discharge and hold harmless the Tattoo Artist and all employees from any and all claims, damages, or legal actions arising from or connected in any way with my tattoo, or the procedure. There is also a posted Notice on the lobby wall that states deposits are not refundable. She did overpay her deposit by $10.00 that I will send to her if you have her address but she will not be able to come to the tattoo shop pick it up as she is barred from the business.
