I had Mark the owner do ground leveling work on April 18 I contacted him on April 24 when we put the pool up that the found isn't level its off alot I can't fill the pool because all the water goes to one side. He said he would come out the following day to "fix" it he never came I've contacted him numerous times and numerous times he said he'd come n do it here we are may 31st n it has yet to get fixed. Resolution Sought I would like to get my full amount 825 back so I can hire someone else to do it right.

I don't believe I should have to pay any money back to this client. I understand her frurstration but as she states I performed the leveling work on April 18, 2022 and they did not put the pool up on the area until April 24. By what I found out it rained .99 of an inch on April 19 in the area. For that reason I believe it would have messed up the leveling I did. If the pool was up immediately I believe they wouldn't have had any or little issues.
