Sanitation collection services were established on 4/9. During the four weeks of service, garbage was picked up at extremely varying times. This didn't not work for us so we canceled service and requested a refund. The refund was denied because they accepted no fault. They do not have any terms and conditions that state a refund can be withheld. Resolution Sought I would like a refund
