I purchased a vehicle from this business on 8/3/22, the vehicle started breaking down not long after purchase while still under the business' warranty. They were informed of 3 oil leaks on 2 different occasions in which 2 were fixed, but not in a timely manner. The engine blew on 2/3/24 and the owner agreed to replace it at a fraction of the cost. The vehicle sat on his lot for 2 months. He neglected to follow up on the status of progress, didn't answer the phone or return calls. I informed him on 4/10 that another shop would be towing it on 4/11 to replace the engine. The other shop went to pick it up on 4/11 to find the car blocked in by other vehicles and Stamper's refusing to allow them to pick up the vehicle. I Resolution Sought Reimburse for the cost of the engine replacement or the remainder of the auto loan.
